ART IN BOXES X: Only 7 Days Left !

Dear Friends of AG Gallery,

We hope you are all well and staying healthy. New York City is covered with the snow but the spring is around the corner! We are happy to be able to keep operating the gallery and keep it open to the public while following the city guidelines. It seems it has been a great time to collect artworks from artists for both art collectors and also those who have never bought artwork before the pandemic. We are happy to see our artists’ original and reproductive artworks are bringing new joys to our beloved customers.

The “Art In Boxes”, the 10th annual winter group exhibition will close in 7 days, by the ending of February, 28, 2021. Please make sure to visit the show and check out artworks in gallery space and in the gallery show window while they are still on display. This year we have curated exhibitions with various artwork in some kind of boxes.

-10th Annual WInter Group Show–
AG Gallery is pleased to announce that its 10th annual group show, Art In Boxes X this year again, opening on Saturday, December 5th, 2020. Although it has been an especially challenging year for galleries to curate an exhibition with international artists, we are proud to keep this group exhibition for 10 years this year. We have some wonderful selected artists joining this show with various artworks, sculptures, paintings, drawings, prints and more.

Due to slow down of international shipments, some artists will join after the opening date. Please visit a few times to see new artworks as this show will go on until the end of January 2021. It has been long time requests from our visitors and collectors to exhibit artwork that are literally “Art in Boxes”, so here we are, from this year we decided to introduce artists making artwork in boxes. We hope you enjoy different artists “Art in Boxes” along with other artworks.

Due to the Covid-19, there will be no opening reception party for gallery exhibitions in 2020, but the gallery is open daily from noon to 7pm.

Art In boxes originally started with a concept of artwork as one of a kind unique gifts for this winter holiday season.

Celebrating and forwarding this annual group exhibition marking its 10 years, we decided to showcase artists who are working in artworks in boxes.

With the global pandemic, AG Gallery is strictly following the city regulation and trying to maintain our guests and staff’s health and safety. Guests are limited to 4 customers at a time, when there are 4 guests inside, others are asked to line and wait outside. When visiting, wearing a mask at all times is required inside the gallery and store. Please keep 6ft distance from other visitors also.

We are thank you for the mindful actions of our guests.

AG Gallery is pleased to announce that the winter/holiday group exhibition “Art In Boxes 2019” (A.I.B.) is opening on December 7, 2019. A.I.B. is an annual group exhibition of 15 to 30 artists which each year our curator selects local and international artists for a concept of each work to be one of a kind unique art gifts. This year, we have wonderful artists joined from Japan, England, Canada, Thailand, Spain, and from USA artists from Portland, Washington D.C., as well as New York City.

Artworks includes: Sculptures, paintings, wearable paintings, drawings, prints, ceramics, pottery, and handmade jewelries and accessories. Artworks in this show are carefully selected so that visitors can find something new and different from the neighbor art scene based on our curator’s daily observation of galleries and art fairs in NYC.

This exhibition is unique that the buyer can bring back the artwork with them boxed or wrapped in a gift wrapping on site, without waiting for the ending of the show. More artwork will be added to she show.

Please join us for opening reception on Saturday, December 7, 6-8PM and meet some of the artists in this show.

We would love to thank you so much for visiting and supporting AG Gallery and the artists throughout the year. We appreciate all your love, support, and interest in art, without every one of you, we are not able to present new artists and new exhibitions.

Our current holiday group exhibition, “Art In Boxes 2018” will be on view until January 6, 2019.  Please visit us if you have not already for the exhibition. We are always delighted to having you at AG Gallery.

ART IN BOXES 2018 : Holiday Group Show

“ART IN BOXES 2018” -HOLIDAY GROUP EXHIBITION-

AG Gallery is pleased to announce that its 9th annual holiday gift art show, “Art In Boxes 2018” with the theme of “Give the gift of art!” is starting on this Saturday, December 1st, 2018.

ART IN BOXES is an annual group exhibition at AG Gallery which the curator carefully selects various artworks from around the world for holiday gift ideas. This year, the exhibition features 20+ local and international artists. Artworks that are included in this show are culptures, printmaking, paintings, drawings, ceramics, potteries, original greeting cards, jewelries, ornaments and more.

In this show, AG Gallery exhibits about a hundred of art pieces from many local and international artists. AIB18 opens on December 1, 2018 and it’s a bit early for Christmas though, we’ll add more artworks almost every other week from now.

This is the great opportunity for that if people are looking for extraordinary and one-of-a-kind holiday gifts this year or would like to give something special to someone special.
