AG Gallery is pleased to announce a new exhibition Black Cats just opened at AG Gallery featuring black cat paintings by Agnes Bodor. Exhibition will be on view July 10, 2021 ~ July 26, 2021. AG Gallery is pleased to present one-window-exhibition “Drawings by Erica Linnemann”, opening on Friday, May 21, 2021. This exhibition features Linnemann’s recent original imaginary figurative ink drawings. This time we present 15 pieces of her original work in the gallery show window where the guest can view them from the street which makes one of the best show to check out any time of day and in this post Covid-19 lockdown time in New York City. About Artist
Erica Linnemann is an illustrator based in Upper Manhattan. Her drawings attempt to playfully capture mental struggles and everyday experiences. The miniature figures seen in some works represent thoughts, ideas or feelings, depending on the concept or situation.
AG Gallery is pleased to invite you to a new show with Ken Brown’s vintage original silkscreen prints. AG Gallery has been showing Ken Brown since when we were at our older location in Williamsburg. The silkscreen prints are all signed limited edition original, and they are all last one or two pieces. Large prints are all in 24″ x 30″ and Smaller Prints are in 15″ x 19″, 15″ x 20.5″, and 14.5″ x 20.5″.
ABOUT KEN BROWN
Ken Brown (born March 12, 1944, Dayton, Ohio) is an American filmmaker, photographer, cartoonist, and designer. He grew up in Amherst, Massachusetts, relocated to Cambridge, Massachusetts, and currently lives in New York City. He has directed dozens of animations, experimental films and video documentaries over the last four decades. Ken Brown worked on his silkscreen printings in 1990s.

Although it has been an especially challenging year for galleries to curate an exhibition with international artists, we are proud to keep this group exhibition for 10 years this year. Due to slow down of international shipments, some artists will join after the opening date. Please visit a few times to see new artworks as this show will go on until the end of January 2021. It has been long time requests from our visitors and collectors to exhibit artwork that are literally “Art in Boxes”, so here we are, from this year we decided to introduce artists making artwork in boxes. We hope you enjoy different artists “Art in Boxes” along with other artworks.
Due to the Covid-19, there will be no opening reception party for gallery exhibitions in 2020, but the gallery is open daily from noon to 7pm.
Art In boxes originally started with a concept of artwork as one of a kind unique gifts for this winter holiday season.
Celebrating and forwarding this annual group exhibition marking its 10 years, we decided to showcase artists who are working in artworks in boxes.
With the global pandemic, AG Gallery is strictly following the city regulation and trying to maintain our guests and staff’s health and safety. Guests are limited to 4 customers at a time, when there are 4 guests inside, others are asked to line and wait outside. When visiting, wearing a mask at all times is required inside the gallery and store. Please keep 6ft distance from other visitors also.
