An annual exhibition series event by Japan based artists, “SUMMER EXHIBITION SERIES 2012 ” by over 10 emerging artists all from Japan. The exhibitions during the period were shown by weekly basis;
- August 3 – 9 “Group Exhibition: 3 Female Artists” by Naoko Saito, Sui Anree, Shoko Kikuta
- August 17 – 23 “Anti-Glass Works 2012″ Takao Sakata Solo Exhibition,
- August 24 – 30 “Dreamy Maidens” Group Show of Potter & Glass Artists, by the member of “Mashiko Maidens’ Kimono Club.”
- September 1 – 7 “Indoor Still Life” Shigeharu Ozaki Solo Exhibition.
AG Gallery/About Glamour have been trying to provide a platform in this cutting-edge environment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn to Japan based artists for expanding the opportunity to show their creative artworks to the audience outside of Japan.
The annual gallery event “SUMMER EXHIBITION SERIES 2012” was on view from Friday, August 3, then four of exhibitions will continuously on view every week till September 7.
